Float switch and a Solenoid valve

You run straight from the ro/di with no other safety? I thought that the little amount the float would let through at a time would let to much tds from ro/di. Filter guys recommend running 3-4 gallons at a time. I could use a dual switch setup and adjust for say 4 gallons from min to max. The tank is 150 and the refug holds 30 gallons of water.

I have never heard this, nor do I see how it is possible. If it goes through the membrane, it has been processed.

They call it tds creep. From my understanding the first minutes of di have a higher amount of tds.
