Flourescent Green on LR

Ive noticed alot of these spots around. Is this coralline growing or an unwanted algae? I have some pink, orange, deep purple spots just wondering about the green ones.

Touch it ..... if it's hard and crusty feeling it's green coralline.

There is also a flourescent green Dinoflaggilate but it glows in the dark. Check it out at night.

Havent touched it yet but it definitely does not glow in the dark.
