Flourescent light troubleshooting

Hi,
My light seems to be acting up. The 10,000K light will flicker for a brief second when you hit the switch and then stay dark. I have only had the unit for about a week and the lights have only been on a couple of times (and then for only a few minutes at a time.........I'm curing live rock in the tank).......Is this the symptom of a bad bulb or something else?
96 watt 10,000K Daylight bulb, 96 watt True Actinic 03 Blue bulb and two 3/4 watt Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED lamps

Does the other bulb stay on? I'm thinking there's a bad connection on an endcap.

WIggle the bulb when it stays dark. Highteck answer I know. But if ther e is some salt on the end cap, that could cause this .

Thanks for the hints......
I removed the bulb, plugged it back in......nothing.
Removed, rotated bulb, plugged it in.....and now it works!
