Well recently I just bought a flowerpot, goniopora, (about a week ago) and since I have brought it home it has created 2 new flowerpots! One is still attached to the main goniopora but hopefully soon it will fall off and I'll have another baby. Anyways I read up on it and they way that they are very difficult to keep, especially the goniopora. And if you want a flowerpot go for the Alveopora. Which is similar to the goniopora but instead of each polyp having 24 tentacles they have 12.
If you must have a goniopora then keep this in mind: they like low to medium currents, aggressive, and no one really knows what kind of light they prefer. Some say bright lights and others say low light.
