Fluffy shrimp in 12 hours!?

Alright.
the shrimp i dropped in my tank to aid with the cycle seem to have gone "Fluffy" in just a few hours. This is awsome, but a little disturbing.
My wife thinks Im nuts because I love to stare into my tank and the bits of shrimp and live rock... :)

Holy cow.
The two bits of shrimp are almost half size already!.
Somethings definatly chowing down in there!!

Well, five days into the new tank.
My ammonia levels havent topped 3.0ppm and theres been two bits of shrimp in there for the last 2 days. Ill fish em out and monitor the Ammonia levels.
Time to get a braod spectrum test started I think.
Wow. I managed to pull one peice out fine. Had a thick slimy layer of bacteria around it. The other bit just disintigrated in my fingers (time to buy myself a fishnet I think LOL)

If you are worried about somehting eating your fish..... just talk to Cain... he will teach your his full proof method of removing any unwanted creature!!!!!

You should of just left the shrimp in there ..... its not hurting any thing.... just helping!!!!!
