fluoroscent yellow algae

I just noticed a couple of small rocks and empty shells are coated with a bright yellow or chartreuse color algae or something. I've never seen it before. Any advice?

this is the best I could get. it resembles coralline algae, but a chartreuse color.

Back the camera up and try again. A focused picture would help tremendously.

i posted same thing a few months ago and was told it was coraline

Does look like Coraline, especially when its on a snail shell. Probably gonna end up green coraline after sometime, but when I get green coraline on my overflow box it starts off with a yellowish pigmentation. If its hard its usually coraline, if its a soft algae then I would worry.
