I have a powder blue and he loves the macroalgae i feed it to him and my red sea sailfin twice a day and they tear it up. Also it is really good for them and is the only thing i can get my powder blue to eat. :happyfish

Ya, my sailfin eats chopped clam, chopped shrimp, never bothers my fire shrimp or my squamosa. Haven't seen him let the shrimp clean him though, my anthias get in line for it. We saw one riding on a Power Blue at the LFS, that was so cool!

I just use the seaweed strips, I have blanched fresh spinach and I know people buy the Nori used to roll sushi. Hadn't heard of frozen peas before. I also use Formula 2

I posted in here earlier but I come back in and it is not here.....lol
You can feed your tang the Fresh Frozen Peas & Fresh Frozen Broccoli thawed, spinach, Nori, Seaweed selects, Macro Algae, Spectrum Pellets, Marine Cuisine along with a variety of chopped meaty foods. many of the foods you feed your fish can come from the grocery store.......
Lettuce does not have the nutritional value your tang needs...... Try to offer a variety of foods to your fish.....
