Food for clowns

What should I feed these little guys. Right now I have Omega One Flakes, but what else should I give them?

They'll eat any marine food that will fit in their mouths; plant and animal.

i uise formula one. flake or frozen doesnt matter, but you should mix some vegies with the meats that way they get a well balanced diet.

FOr my babies, I feed flake food in the morning, marine cruisine and those kind of mixes in the middle of the day and every other day frozen brine shrimp at night. If I can get some, I throw some live shrimp in every once in a while. Variety is excellent for these guys, gl.

they are basically the pot-bellied pigs of the sea!! mine it frozen omnivore, frozen brine, a variety of flake foods and pick @ my hands if I put them in the tank ....

My saddleback puffer does that... if my finger or hand is in the tank he comes after it... it's kind of humerous. My two tomato clowns don't come near me but they don't avoid me either...
