food for coral

ok i need to know what to feed my coral
right now i have
zoos
palys
shrooms
gsp
frogspawn
toadstool
and a clam i got for free (i think its croeca)
what would be the best arsenal of food for these guys, how often should i feed, and how should i feed

I would either pick up a mix of zoo and phyto, most credible brands make it. Other than that, you can just mash up some mysis until it's like a puree and put a little in front of the powerhead.

They will eat almost anything that is small enough.
Easiest and cheapest would be to pick up a jar of Phytoplan and add it to your regular feeding regiment.
Freeze dried phyto and works wonderfully.
If trying to go with the live route then use DT's Live liquid.
