Food on the bottom ? overfeeding ?

If you know anyone with a saltwater tank you could ask them for a cup of their sand and keep it in water all the way to your tank. This may help add a little more bacteria. With your tank stockless for so long and then you added 3 fish at once you started a cycle due to yours not being fed. Could you take maybe 2 of your fish back and wait a few weeks for your tank to adjust to 1 fish at a time. The Angel fish should be in a much larger tank anyway and would be a good fish to take back for credit. Big bio load on the fragil filtration.

Also try feeding your fish frozen food like Brine Shrimp they will eat it over dry food and it's better for them.

Maybe instead of brine go with mystis or the multi pack for a variaty. Brine is like snack food unless fortified.

Did everyone miss the part about the "FRENCH ANGEL" in a 29 gallon??
Minimum tank size is about 180 gallons for an adult, and 90 gallons for a smaller one.

I believe you tank is too small for your angel. Read below, also added a flame angel description. I believe 30 gallons to be too small for a flame even though that website says they can go into a 30.

You can do a Coral Beauty or Flame in a 30... I would rather have more room for em but its doable.
You should try feeding frozen mysis, most fish love it. And once your cycle is over pick up a clean up crew for that uneaten food on the bottom. But in the meantime you need to address the food settling issue. Food will not just settle on the bottom if you have adequate flow in the tank - unless its sinking pellets. Even then they blow around in my tank. Sounds like you need some powerheads.
