i dont know if this is in the right section but how do you pull off al natural filtration, can you go through it for me please, also do you think it is something i can do for my fowlr thank you, let me know please

im not Beth, but i could chime my 2 cents. for all natural filtration. what i think u mean by this is no mechanical or no chemical filtration?
so it would be all Live rock and live sand for you filtration. that would all be natural, just like the ocean. but i dont know how good it would be in a home aquarium. since most run skimmers, and some type of chemical filtration whether it be carbon, chemipure, purigen etc...
i dont know if this answered your question but i tried.

A DSB, alot of LR and a fuge for macro algea... people do run this set up, but I think they may run a skimmer every once in a while, i am not totally sure
