a couple of LFS sale them here. It's a kit that comes with a PC light, .75g tank, and a tiny power filter. Its made by Kent I believe.
 
Why so small? What kind of lighting and filtration can you even put on a 3/4 gallon tank?
I think 3/4 gallon is probably too small for ANY sw fish.
I know that nano's are usually only attempted by the most experienced hobbiest because they are extremely difficult to maintain and keep in good balance.
Good luck! Post some pics when you've got it set up. I'd love to watch the progression over multiple months. Nano's are fascinating when done correctly. I've only been in the hobby for a few years and don't have enough experience yet to even try one. Some day maybe...

Too small for my liking.
I have seen some absolutely incredible nano's, breathtakingly beautiful in fact. They are amazing to look at when done properly.
I think with these extra super micro teeny tanks, only time will tell if it is going to be a thriving healthy and successful long term venture.
