Why do kids even feel the need to do stuff like that? Makes me want to spend ALOT more time with my wife and daughter. We can't shelter our kids from the world forever but I can only hope we teach them right from wrong. My heart goes out to your friend and anyone else who has lost a child from this.

Don't ask me. I'm a teenager myself, and I have never had an urge to do anything similar. It isn't because of my school. It's because I've heard plenty of horror stories. :scared:

What about no parents around for kids. In todays society usually both parents have to work or parents do not have or make anytime for their kids. Some people let other people raise their children for them( Nanny, babysitters grandparents, and the goverment) You have to take a active roll in your child life. Do not be a Nazi and also do not have the mindset of " Do what ever you want". Plus, and I am guilty of this, do not give your child everything they want or you did not have in life. Try to find a middle way in all this. As a parent try to do the best you can to raise your child in your beliefs, that is all you can do. Then PRAY real hard that they listen to you because when they are out of the house they will do what they want :scared:
