For Sale Vho Lighting

I am selling a VHO ballast that is already wired with waterproof end caps.Right now the size is 2 - 24 inch but can be rewired to fit 2-48in or 2-72 inch lights. The light was used for about 2 weeks total. I paid $199.00 for it new. I am asking $75.00 for it now.
