a LOT of people suggest using formula 1 and 2 frozen foods. so, i finally found some, and was very surprised by it. Its a gelatenous goo that is tough to thaw out like i normally do mysid shrimp. I'm assuming that goo is ok for the fish to eat, but i'm a little confused about one of the ingredients.
copper sulfate.
how safe is this food if it has copper as an ingredient??

A famous aqua farm website in Florida lists 10grams of Spirulina has .120 mg of Copper. I don't think any food has 0.00000% Copper.

There is also copper in Instant Ocean; by far the largest selling salt mix on the planet.
I've used both formula foods for years and think their mfg; Ocean Nutrition is a great company with great tech support ask them if you're worried- you shouldn't be. BTW; if you have smaller angels or butterflies that like to pick at food all day, there is a grid feeder for these foods that works great.
