Formula 1 vs Formula 2; what to feed?

I have 2 oscellaris clowns (an inch long each) and when I got them the lfs told me to get marine fusion frozen cubes -- as they are a combination of 'everything' a fish needs. I'm not so sure about that, and see everyone talking about feeding their fishes formula 1/2. Whats the difference between the two? Im going to order it online, and they both have the same descriptions and specifications. Same price as well. Also, I can choose between small, medium and large pellets. Which would be good for my fish? I ask because I can't really see the size as its online.
And, a bonus question if I may. I was told by the lfs to feed those cubes once every other day to the two fish. I 'accidentally' took that as feed a cube a day -- half in the morning, half at night. Im switching to half a day, then later to cube every other day to not stress the fish (ive had them for 6 days now). What kind of feeding schedule should I follow with the new formula 1/2 feedings -- along with the frozen cubes? Thanks in advance

I'd like to piggyback off your question if you don't mind. I also have two clowns... one is three months old the other is two weeks old. I've been feeding them once in the morning, once at night. Is this overfeeding? I'm feeding what I believe to be is formula one. I take a very small pinch maybe about 10 pellets (of the very small pellets) and drop them in. Again, twice a day; once in the morning, once in the evening.

get reid of the pellets....that is snack food
get mysis, marine cuisine, emeral entree frozen foods...much better for your fish and tank

so all this talk about formula 1 and 2 is just snacking food? Then the marine fusion stuff I have thats frozen is the 'better' food? whats ur recommendation on quantity and frequency of feeding?

I feed my tanks 1x a day....if all you have are 2 clowns, I would feed at most 1/3 of a cube daily of the frozen.
I looked up the fusion...it's ok....I would look into saltwater multipack also.....and use the pellets 1-2x a week as a treat

wow!!! i was thinking of upping the feeding to 2 cubes a day.. -- they just seem so hungry!!!!! lol i guess ill switch to what the lfs said.. a cube every other day, which is basically what u just said... and the pellets... i like the idea of a treat.. lol.. and ill look into saltwater multipacks...
any idea on what the difference between formula 1 and 2 is?

I believe formula 2 has extra algae, and a couple of different vitamins....not 100% exactly what
