Formula One and Two Food

So I just bought some of this frozen food (Formula One and Two). I was just wondering how do I feed it to my fish haha. Once thawed, am I supposed to cut it up? Break it up with my hands? It is like this Gel cube, so i'm not quite sure how i'm supposed to prepare it for the fish. If you can give me some tips, that would be great!

you can either cut it up into little "fish" bite size pieces, squeeze it into mush, or you can get one of those food clips with the screen on it (which is made for gel based frozen foods).

does anyone have a pic or a link on how the clip for Gel foods look like? I tried mushing it yesterday, and it's somewhat messy. and it looks like my Blue Hippo didn't like it that much.

I just mush it and drop right in, No real technique to it for at all,, its usually gone in 30 seconds anyway..

Alvin,
Just so you know I have tried the Formula foods too and I hate the mushing up part of it too so I switched to other frozen foods. Maybe I will give it another try.
