Found a fish today in live rock, what is it?

Wow, I've gotten shrimp, crabs, featherdusters, clams, and other stuff. But a fish and some zoos. That is pretty darn cool!

I had the same thing happen to me but it has a 3 stiped damsel instead, (i took to back to the pet store didn't want him bulling later on) it's amazing that they will stay tucked into the rock like that

The coolest hitchhiker we ever got was a little chocolate chip star that was stuck to the shell of a mexican turbo grazer I got from my lfs. I did not even notice him until long after I put them in. As fragile as stars are, he survived the process and is still alive today.
