Found my chocolate chip starfish dead this morning :(

Yep, Found him dead at the bottom of the tank this morning I am going to miss him so much. He kept the tank interesting like when he got sucked into the powerhead fan and when I caught him chewing on the electric cord for the powerhead. RIP Chip. We plan to get 2 new starfish after we get back from Vacation at the end of July

Hey.
I had a CC back in March that lasted two days. He didn't look healthy the whole time and barely moved.
I worked up the courage to get another one in late April and he's still around. Goes all over the place. He was crawling all over the bucket when I was drip acclimating him. Great addition.

Have you considered why it died? They are a very hardy seastar. I would not get any others until there is a general understanding of what happened. Most seastars are much more delicate than a CC. I apologize if there has been another thread on it (eg it had been declining). I have not been around.
