I am going in a four day vacation and do not have anybody to take care of my fish.
The lfs sells a white pyramid and even a small automatic food dispenser.
Does anybody has used these? All suggestions are welcome .

What kind of fish and what size tank? I agree 4 days shouldn't be a problem, you could also put an algae sheet in to give them something to nibble on...

do a small water change the day before, as everyone else stated 4 days isnt bad. I went away for 2 weeks, and all I left the friend that i asked to stop by 2 times a week was 4 pinches of food and water to add to my sump.Sometimes its better to not leave the care of your fish in a nonfish owners hands.

Unless you have very sensitive corals, 4 days is ok. I don't believe fish need the lights on to survive so it should be ok. Mine were ok for 5 days without food or light.

lights aren't a problem since I have a day/night timer.
Seems food would not be a problem. Now I am concern with hurricane Ike, seems it is projected to head this way TX same weekend I am leaving.
Have read some late threads where a lot of people lost all livestock due power outages.

do you have a chiller, or do you constantly have your A/C on to keep the house cool enough? That would be my only concern, heat/cold??

I have the A/C in auto all time (75 F) and the tank temp is aprox. 80 F.
How do you set a chiller in a Biocube??
