fowlr 90g finished cycling - is this too much fish ?

100# of lr and 80# of ls
when done stocking i'd like to have the following -
pr of clowns in there now
want to add......
royal gramma
6 line wrasse
raccoon butterfly
coral beauty
zebra lion
porc puffer
a- do they all go together ?
b- would they all fit ?
c- in what order should i add ?

Only problem i see is the porc puffer... they can get upto 18"
