We started to help you in this thread: https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/390319/foxface-i-need-help-i-think#post_3460629
It's not flat worms, I could almost guarantee that. Pictures would definitely help.

alright this is what he looks like for at least the last 2 days my mom has said but he has been acting completely normal, just before getting cleaned by the cleaner shrimp

Not the clearest picture, but it looks/sounds like the fish is stressed. Can you tell us about this tank?

its a 75 gallon "reef" (starting to be)
live stock: 3 ocellaris clownfish, blue hippo tang (size of a nickel), fire fish goby, cleaner shrimp, and an emerald crab
90 lbs of rock (rough guestimation)
and he has been doing better then ever, other then the weird coloration

Foxface, as with any rabbbitfish, will change to a brown color when scared, stessed, sleeping and for a myriad of reasons. If it is healthy, swimming around, eating it is okay.

yea idk he is fine but it is just concerning me that his coloring is like that but he is less timid than before

He is fine then. No worries here. He will adjust to his surroundings, how long have you had it?

2 months but i bought a powder blue tang, and it attacked him and traped him in a corner and kept going after him for 2 days (2 weeks ago) but i got rid of the powder blue after that and the foxface was fine but then the color just changed

Yup just stress then IMO. If it was originally all yellow it should return to that state with a little time.

My Foxface was mottled every night without exception.

In the day typically yellow unless something spooked her

Not sure. I normally wouldn't recommend a Foxface in a 4 foot tank. See if you can figure out anything else that's spooking it.
Be sure there's a lot of algae and meaty seafood in it's diet.
