Are Foxface free swimming fish that are out a lot? I'm thinking of adding one as my next fish, but I want something that'll be seen more then my Dwarf Angels and Eel. Also gonna add a Harlequin and Trigger in the future.

Mines stay out all the time, but when you first get them they can be a little shy at-least mines was.

Foxfaces are fantastic fish. I can't say enough good things about them. Always out and about.

Plenty of places to hide in my tank. Think I'll pick one up soon and start QT.

They are also very disease resistant. And mine would each paper if a label fell of something. I loved feeding it mysis from the turkey baster. It would come and bite the end of the tube demand squeez the bulb. We had him 6-7 years before he was killed in a chlorine/chloramine issue.

i love my one spot very active, but do it right and get a Magnificent Foxface if you got a chance. if not youll kick urself everyday.....i do!

I had a uni.... but you're right, I too longed for the Magnificent. A nice big fat one.

i think SWF had them for 89$ at one point and i passed

. and here localy they are at the least 149$ and up. but i will say i have seen nothing but top shelf specimens localy

I've only seen one locally and they we about that price. He's been there a month at least and still hasn't lost his stressed colours. Shame to see him like that.... they are eye candy and we were planning on getting one for the 100g sitting in my living room waiting to be plumbed.

The Magnificents are cool, but I'll probly get one from my LFS since I prefer to buy my fish from them and I'm not sure theyll get any Magnificents.

Sometimes you can request fish to be brought it to your LFS.

Well I just got back from my LFS and they have a Magnificent Foxface now, but its already 7" so I'm going to talk to the main guy tomorrow and see if they can get me a smaller one

I really like my Foxface. He gets along with everyone. He does change colors often. My tank is in a high foot traffic area so that can be the reason. I live in So Cal. My trusted LFS has several different Rabbitfish. I bought my foxface for $25. I saw a orange spotted rabbitfish. Very pretty.

Been looking for a spotted rabbit. Haven't come across one around here yet.
