i want to know you to stick frag on a rock in the tank ,is there some kind of glue to use ?/

There are several different ways to do this, it depends on the type of coral, the most common methods are super glue gel and a 2 part epoxy that you can get at most lfs's. There is a great thread on the new hobbyist section by reefkprz that outlines the specifics for fragging different types of coral and hwo to attach them. I think it will be most helpful to you
