frag tank help???

ok here sthe deal i'm setting up a 15g frag tank deminision are 24x12x12 w/ a clip on 150mh my question is what is need in a frag tank b/c there is gonna be limited LR and alot of egg crate! also what kinda live stock can i add to this tank?? and for water changes can i use water from my already set up reef tank or new water? also i'm gonna use black sand if that matters at all~ also are there any additives i can add to help the coorals grow fast such a DTs photo plankton that i dose my main reef w/

if this is just a frag tank, why don't you plumb it into the main system? then you won't need to add anything but eggcrate.
if you can't do this, i'd set it up just like a regular reef tank. live rock, a halide, a heater, and waterchanges.
i would use new water for waterchanges-not old water from the display!
as far as livestock- i would add "working animals", like a couple hermits, a couple snails...maybe a peppermint shrimp...just things that will keep everything clean and trimmed.
