can anyone tell me how and what i need to set up a frag tank

Here is a diagram of mine which I added off of the sump of my existing 55gallon SPS tank system. In addition to what you see here I am also running a CA Reactor, Kalkwasser drip system and a Euroreef Protien Skimmer.

what is the egg crate in the frag tank used for

It is used for keeping the frags up out of the sand and it helps keep them from falling into each other when the tank becomes more filled with frags.

Cool! If you decide to cut a hole in the tank and put in a bulkhead as an overflow like I did (instead of an overflow box) it pays to have it done professionally! The guy that did mine was very good and mine went seemlessly, but even the pros crack tanks when drilling them sometimes!

thanks plan on taking to my local glass comp. to see if they can drill a hole in the tank. What size hole should i have drilled?
