Can you frag a single zoo polyp and have it reproduce?
I know they are dangerious to handle with your bare hands.
I assume i would just cut the skin around the base of the polyp and super glue it to another rock?
Im open to any suggestions.

Why would you want to? It would be almost impossible to mount. Just let is spread naturally.

they are dangerous because of the toxins they produce. its called Palythoa . less than 10 grams in the bloodstream can get you very sick and sometimes even cause death. its bad if you are allergic to it. i have been handling them for a long time and dont see any side effects personally.
twitch, twitch

I actually do both. I slice a line with a razor blade then kinda peel away the portion I need to remove. I have also put different thing onto the colony and watch it cover it, but you will still hafta cut away where it's connected. If you need pics, lemme know and I'll chop mine up tonite. I've been procrastinating about taking a lot of it to the LFS anyway...
