My colt coral started getting a little to big so I decided to frag it, and thought I would do a step by step for anybody interested.
First is my Colt before.

I took a utility knife with brand new razor and got 3 pieces of live rock rubble and began cutting towards the base of the stalks. This is my first section.

I tried using fishing line to attach frags to rock but found it very difficult so I used rubberbands and was careful to make sure it barely held the frag in place as not to hurt the coral. I rinsed all frags off and placed the origianl back in tank. I used a 5 gallon bucket filled with tank water to house the frags while i worked on attaching them to rocks.

Once I had them attached like I wanted to I rinsed them off again with fresh saltwater and put them into a low flow area of the tank. These last pics were taken about 15 minutes after I put them in and polyps are already extending.
