75, I have some shrooms very similar to yours except brown and have literally ripped them apart and chopped with serrated knives to separate rocks they had attached. Never had one die yet, instead I just have them on a ton of different rocks.
This is a super duper old pic, probably about a year ago, now they are under halides instead of pcs, they grow bigger every time I upgrade lighting.

I just love those angels!
Is it okay with your corals, other fish, and clams (if you have any?).
Once I get my 65 gallon up and running, that is one of the fish I want to add to the tank!
Also, that's one HUGE mushroom!!!!!
What type is it?
Not sure who you were directing the questions to, but I'll answer anyway.

My Flame Angel is in my 125, 6' long tank (but you can certainly have this fish in a smaller tank, they don't get very large). She has been very good so far, hasn't touched any of my corals. She was forced to stay hidden for the first week because my Hippo Tang was always chasing her back inside, but they seem to be ok now and they all swim around together like happy little fish. The Flame Angel was just to beautiful not to try in my reef tank, even though I knew there was a chance she could go for my corals. She's been in there for over a month now and so far so good.

If I didn't have to ship it to you I'd give you as many pieces as you wanted.

A circle in the middle of about 4 inches diameter is fixed to the rock. This has been the fastest growing mushroom or maybe coral I have ever had. It was 1-2 inches around less than a year ago.

I have the same shrooms. I have fragged mine several times. Mine didn't come off the rock easy though. I just kept pulling at the base and they have a lot of nasty, brown, slimy guts.
I put it on a plate and used a razor and sliced it across the mouth. Made 4 of them.
This one here is 12" on the Mother rock.

Well you can frag them properly, I was trying to rearrange my tank and they had attached everywhere so I just grabbed whatever knife was handy and chopped through them. Due to tank position I couldn't take the rocks out but if you want to actually frag them off and get rid of some then just use a razor blade and chop each one into four or more pieces. Biggest pain is getting them to attach to something. They will goo out brown junk as noted though. I really wasn't concerned about killing mine at all and still they all made it.
