There are directions under the "Fragging Techniques" section:
but basically cut them and then either stick a toothpick through them to rubber band them to the rock, or use netting.

mine just break off and attach themselves to other places. From there I use my forceps and glue them to either a reef plug or a rock. I have had about 20 frags in the last 2 months. Just my .02

Yep. Just wait until it starts dropping 100's of babies through out the tank. I just used my tongs and grabbed them by the bottom and twist to remove. Then just toss in a plastic dish with rubble in it and place in the tank. You will have more frags then you can give away after a while. Most will end up in the trash.
