Fragging Shrooms

Ok, have some purple shrooms that have gotten out of control. When they were bought the larges ones were about the size of a penny. Now, about 2 weeks later the largest ones are twice the size of a silver dollar. Planning on fragging them this weekend. The rock was a small piece about 4 inches across, and now has 8 shrooms, and three baby ones so the large ones cover everything up when the lights come on.
I have seen the posts on removing the rock, cutting them with a knife and using netting to attach them to a new rock.
Here are the questions that I have.
1) When you cut them into pieces does a part of the mouth have to go with it?
2) What kind of netting are people using, and where can you buy it.
Thanks

1. It's not essential, but it does make it easier
2. I always used that underwater glue stuff you can get most anywhere

I have had good luck with cutting them above the base, leaving a bit of the foot to regrow into a full shroom.
I have had poor luck with the veil method.
The best luck I've had has been to poke the graft part into a hole or crack in the rock.
Some folks have used super glue gel and claim to have had success, but I have not tried it.
No you do not have to have a peice of the mouth, but I'm sure that there is a liit to the number of frags that you can get from one shroom.
I have cut mine into 4 peices and had them live. I cut them through the mouth.

You dont have to have a piece of the mouth, but it will help out.
I use the netting of my swim shorts, that stuff hurts anyways. It works pretty good. You can use some super glue gel too, it might help.

I will post a picture tomorrow when the lights come back on, they have gotten huge. Going to pull the large one from the center as it covers most of the other ones.
If the fragging works, will move the second large one as well.
Should be able to get 8 frags minimum from the two large shrooms.

I've never fragged mushrooms, as I only have three of them haha, but I've heard many many success stories with all of the above methods.
Also, since you have some overcrowding in your tank...looking to get rid of some shrooms? :D I live in NE PA, which isn't far from northern Jersey!! [Seriously...if you wanna get rid of some frags and don't want an assload of money for them, I'll come pick them up if you live reasonable close haha.]

Tanks no overcrowded by any means as this is a rebuild of a tank. They are purple mushrooms and if the frag works would be happy to get you some.
As far as location, I am in the NE corner of Jersey about 6 miles from Tappan Zee Bridge, so not sure how far it is from you.
I will post pictures today and will frag this weekend. If all works OK, I would be happy to get you some, not too expensive, but would also take frags back as just starting this tank over and overall it is pretty bare.
Let me know your email.

Here is a picture. Picture Color not good. They are a nice shade of purple. The big one on top is about 5" across and there are 3 babies underneath it.
