Fragging w/o glue or bands?

well i had a piece of my greenstart polyp come off my multirock so i just wedged it inbetween two crevices of a rock, will it attatch there or do i need to glue/band it for it to attatch?:confused:

It should attach on its own if the current isn't knocking it around too much, or it's not being moved by critters. People usually use those other methods to speed up the process. Obviously it would be easier to attach if something is constantly pressing the coral against the rock. I've put xenia frags in small breeder containers and allowed them to bond naturally.

Tweezers, loc tite super glue, a large tupperware container to fit the rock in and a pair of latex gloves, I actually glued a yellow leather last nite, took me a whole 5 minutes, to me super glue is the way to fly.
