Pictures would help but both are very easily fragged. I just cut around the outer rim of my toadstool with my scissors (special fragging one) and cut it into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces and glue them on a plug... they'll grow a stalk and become babies.
The frogspawn... just use a side cutter/bone cutter and cut the heads apart -- just don't cut any fleshy or live area -- just the dead looking structure.

+1
pictures would be great! but i use a dremal for cutting the heads off of these types of corals both will work well. and to answer your last question take some epoxy i use JB waterweld there are other epoxies that will work and prolly cheaper as well. but just epoxy it to a plug or to a piece of live rock and you should be good to go!

utube frogspawn fragging. should be some guy with a southern accent fragging a frogspawn on u tube.
it shows him with chicken shears and hes just cutting them. i used them as well. they work nicely.

I wouldn't frag your toadstool yet.. it's pretty small. Mine has a good 8 inch diameter on it and it's bowing over so I take bits off the side and yet keep its round shape.
