Frayed Clownfish

I am in college and came back home for the first time in about a year. I have been out of this hobby for a couple of years now due to college. My little brother is "babysitting" a clownfish for me. When I came home I found the clownfish's fins all frayed. The clownfish is in a tank all by itself with no other fish or invert. I am unsure of tank specs and do not have time to check them right now. I am very concerned. I tried to take a quick picture from my camera phone but it was too blurry. Her fins are heavily frayed all over her body. Thanks for the help!

That is odd.. usually that happens from other fish nipping.. what else is in the tank? maybe a crab did it?

Could be fin rot. Fin rot can be caused by poor water conditions, the PH can be too high. So now you might be dealing with a bacterial infection. Can be fixed with water changes or may need bacterial meds, but to be sure I would need your water parameters and a pic of the fish would help.
