Wild parrots(1000's) are overtaking my neighborhood, all sizes and colors and BOY ARE THEY LOUD, and CRAP ALL OVER everything. If you have plans on buying a parakeet, let me know first maybe I can catch one and sell it to you on SWF auctions(is that legal?) lol.

Any activity in swfauctions would probably be appreciated, but good luck finding a catagory to put it in lol. Reminds me of THE BIRDS!!!!

Yea, Green Quakers parrots (actually a parakeet IIRC). They were a problem back in 2000 when we left Miami, can imagine they are only getting worse. I wonder when they are going to be considered and exotic and evasive species?

They build nests everywhere (FPL has a field day with these guys) and are super load/annoying like MIA describes

I bet they taste like chicken.
At least they are colorful unlike pigeons.I used to live in a apartment building that had a square open shaft all the way up the center of the building.Pigeons used to roost on all the window sills at night and coo.I must have shot 5000 of them with my bb gun.Never got a good nights sleep the whole time i lived in that building.

Holy carps!!
Those are down right scary looking. They look like they could take down a small child.

They ought to open up on them with a shotgun when they are all lined up like that.
I love Parrots but they are going to totally destroy the ecological balance in the southern states if they are controlled.
Now if you could be lucky enough to find their nesting area grab the chicks once the feathers come in and throw an ad up on craigs list :)
