Freaking Algae

Ever since I got my new lights, they algae has been all over the place, driving me nuts, I have to clean my tank with the magfloat for a while almost every day. I have the phosguard but its not working. And was wondering for you reefers, how do you keep your tanks so clean and nice, almost all the tanks here look soo nice, what do you reccomend? A clean up crew would be nice but I have a pork puffer and hell just have a feast, but im thinking of moving him out soon, and is there any other type of phosphate remover you reccomend? Thanks.

when did you get your new lights, when I got mine I had the same problem, it lasted for about 3 weeks and then went away.

Its been a bit over 2 weeks, hope it does go away, and I was thknking getting some distilled water.

If you are not using RO/DI water then you will continue having problems with algea due to the nutrient content of tap water.
