Before any of you get your tails in a knot, Don't hit the "it says it right on the page" button or read some material. Let it go already. its been done before you even thought of having a fish tank and will be done long after your dead. All tang police are once step away from joining the ranks PETA.
If some one wanted one in say a 30 gallon then yeah go right ahead and wave and shake your fist at them.

Wait.... what. Look I just threw my neck on the line and I’m sure as the day is long, I’ll get berated up one side and down the other for a tang in a 55 comment and you come back with a statement like that.
What site or person would say that? that's a 8:::::::::::::> head statement.

I'm not a member of the Tang Police, Sailfins get huge. While on the subject why does this site list different tank sizes for different selling sizes of the same fish. A small hippo and a show Hippo Tang are the same fish. Why does one have a tank minimum of 40 and the other 140?

I personally wouldnt add a tang in a 55. However, if your bent on getting one, the yellow tang is prob the best selection for the job. Hippos require lots of swimming space and sailfins get large, so neither of those are a good canidate.

Thats what ya get for going to another site. Against this site to post other sites. guess you did not know that either.
Look, bottom line is.................... you have posted 1,000+ times on here. Do you not read the threads? Classic example is the mandain loss in the 29 gallon; and now this list? Why waste our time if you do not comprehend what you read. Hearing a one way conversation? Why bother posting a question if you know the answers?
I am not by any means an expert NOR claim to be, but I listen and read the posts.
