free swimming mushrooms..

hello all,
I have a couple mushrooms and green ricordia that fell off rocks months ago duriing acclimation, I thought they were long gone, but last night I spotted them up against my base rock in the sand. They still have there color but are about 1/2 the size of the ones on the rocks. My question is... Shouls I try to save them and bring them up to the reef with all of there brothers, or will they be ok as is??? Let me know

if they attached they may like where they are. you can try, but they may unattach again.

i used to have soo many and they grew soo quick that they would pop-off the rock and float around my tank .. they eventually hit a rock and attach, so i wouldnt worry about it at all..

I always have to cut my mushrooms off they split climb the walls in my tank they can definatley get out of control.they will just float around till it finds it spot and attach itself..I have to do the same with my letter coral it always breaks off little peice I got like 10 little leather now in my tank now when they get close i cut them off with some scissors and take them to my friends house
