Fresh saltwater comparissons

I am contemplating switching salts and am wondering what the levels are of a couple of the major brands.
What I want to know specifically are:
pH
Alk
Calc
and any other comments/observations
regarding
Instant Ocean
Reef Crystals
If anyone has any information regarding these two salts, it would be great if you could post it here for me.

Instant ocean has every major, minor, and trace element in it.
I think reef crystals has extra calcium in it

Thats what I thought, but I am really looking for specifics. I am in the process of mixing several separate gallons on IO to run some tests on it to come up with a few numbers. I will have to do the same for reef crystals as well . . .

there was something on this some weeks back...try a search in here under how long does lr last or heavy metals. the thread is long and ends up with charts and links...I'll try to find it for you.

I found it...search heavy metals and it is under "how long does lr last". It isn't quite how I remembered it, but it may help. HTH
