frog spawn question

can a frog spawn and hammer coral, torch coral ,ect. get along....ive read that these corals can sting each other...but when i go to my L.F.S. they are all in the same frag tank touching each other , next to each other.... so what's the truth ??? I'm afraid to put my hammer next to my frog and im looking to buy a torch coral.....??

I've been told that members of the genus Euphyllia (Torch, Hammer, Frogspawn) can tolerate each other.

i've read both conflicting answers....but most responses say that they should be kept at least a couple of inches apart.
