frogspawn not opening

This frogspawn has been doing great. Almost a week ago it pretty much stopped opening. All water parameters are fine. I even took water to the LFS to make sure my tests weren't off. There is not and has not been any brown gunk coming out of it. I noticed that one of the heads had a pretty big bubble in the middle of it. There doesn't really appear to be any tissue damage around the skeleton.You can see some of the stalk in the second pic. Should I be worried? Should I just give it some more time or move it to QT? Please let me know what you think.

People on other sites have associated this odd bubble formation with splitting, or developing new heads?????

My Frog started from a single head years back had developed many new heads, been fraged and moved, yet I never saw a bubble develop.
Try Googling "Frogspawn Bubble" and lok at what others have incountered..................
