I recently purchased a frogspawn. I had him under med light (t-5's 4bulb 10k sunlight) with med water flow. The LFS suggested this location. He hasn't been happy, Where are they the happist ? All my other coral and anomones are doing fine. Any help would be great. :help: :help:

jsut about two weeks. the tenicles open but are very small. I have tries spot feeding him also. I believed the t-5 lights were strong enough for this coral.

How high in the tank?? It's good practice to acclimate your corals slow to their new lighting. Although you have medium lighting it could still be more than what it's used to being in the LFS.
A FS will do fine under your lighting as long as it's in the upper part of the tank IMO.

When I 1st got mine I thought I'd lost it. It closed up and only 1 head would open. I kind of set it high in the tank in the back and forgot about it. About 8 weels later it really started to perk up. And now look at it!! I've sold 3 or 4 pieces back to my lfs.
It started under 440 Watts of VHO. Its now under 350 MH and 220 VHO.
