Frogspawn?

I just got a frogspawn recently and when I put it in my tank it was like a redish brownish color. I bought it from a person who had bagged it before I got to their place, and it is suppose to be a green with purple tip. Will it get green again, it seems like it may be getting to be a nice green?

How did you acclimate it? What are your water parameters? What kind of lighting do you have? Do you have high water flow going over it?
It should go back to green after it gets used to your environment. I got a frogspawn from my sister a few months ago. I notice it having a brownish tint to it every once in a while.

Naw its a purple tip not a green tip. It has the purple tips, let me try and take a pic of them and post it.
