Frogspawn

I had to move my frogspawn to a diff. tank...since then it has not fully opened. it is about 7-8" from top of tank with medium flow. I only moved it Thursday night. Should I give it a few days to let it adjust? Or try a different spot? (it has 4 good size heads)

My thought would be to move it lower till it has time to settle in. Make it reach out, don't give it too much light right away..... Then if needed bring it up some to a level with adequate light........ Mine is very happy near the bottom of my tank......... But I do have bright T-5's lights......

As to feedings????? Not really...... But some modern tanks have such "Clean" water that supplemental feeding do help.....When I do feed him it is in the evening when there is the most tentacle expansion. Cyclopesse, or Mystics seem to do the trick..........

I find mine likes lower flow rather than medium. I also agree with the lights. I have T5s and it prefers to be lower in the tank. As for feeding, I've tried to spot feed it a few times and it usually throws the food away. I've already fragged him twice and he grows fairly fast so guess he doesn't want additional food from me. He's probably getting enough mysis/brine/whatever from my feeding the fish.

I think they will adjust given time and not messed with. Mine is on the bottom of a 29 biocube with 150 watt Sunpod MH. I have a koralia #3 and #4 in the tank so there is some intense random flow almost everywhere. Here is mine.
