I just recently bought a frogspawn and at the time I bought it it was all shriveled up. It looked to be green, but once I got home and it opened up it is a see through brown with a strong green tent to it. My lights here are alot better than where I got it from, Will it's color improve under better condtions???

when a coral is closed its colors are magnified. Thhis happens because the tissue has tightened up there for making the algae in it look more intense.
And as a general rule I do not buy corals that are not open in the lfs. Because you don't know if it is closed cause its sick or just cause its cllosed.
