how do you feed your anemone frozen brine shrimp?

I dont have an anemone but I would just heat it up so its not cold anymore and take some forceps or your fingers and place it in front of it. I would think it would take it.

I take shrimp out of freezer, let it thaw. Such a small amount thaws in no time. Put it in a small container with tank water, use turkey baster and gently squirt on tentacles. If anemone is high in tank I use my fingers. Clown helps a lot too. Just put it in tank, clown takes it and gives to anemone.
