Frozen food question

Hey, do you think it would be ok to keep my frozen mysis shrimp and/or frozen smelt in a 'frig instead of the freezer? It's a pain having to thaw them out. Any suggestions on how to defrost them?

MOST SEAFOOD SPOILS QUICKLY. THAWING IS A PAIN, BUT YOU CAN PUT IT IN FRIDGE THE NIGHT BEFORE FEEDING.

i put frozen food in the tank without defrosting they eat it the same. i dont think there is anything wrong with that.

Do not thaw your frozen food before placing it into the tank for feeding. This is especially important if it is prepared frozen food for fish like marine supreme and krill selections. If you thaw anything before hand you lose the smells and some nutrients that are locked while freezing. It won't hurt your fish any to eat frozen food either.
