Frozen Mysis

I need some help feeding my fish frozen mysis. My LFS reccomended mysis to me for my Midas blenny. HOw do I go about feeding my tank this frozen food? I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I'm not sure of the process of doing so.

Put a little tank water in a container of some kind. Thaw as much food as needed in the water and then add the food to the tank.

i do the same as c maxwell,i just strain out the water.

I always just put the net in the tank and float the frozen cube in it, that way the fish get used to the net being there. So everytime the fish see that the net is in the tank they usually swim up to it not knowing if I'm going to catch them or if they're going to get something to eat. :notsure:
