Frozen vs. Wafer Cyclop Eeze

My LSF has Frozen Cyclop Eeze. I have been purchasing it for a few months now. I have been looking online and was wondering which is better. I have never used the Wafer version, but would like to know if anyone has used both and which they prefer.

im assuming wafer is freeze dried ?I highly encourage the use of frozen foods over freeze dried foods .the freeze drying proccess causes loss of nutrients that freezing does not.and fish dont seam to thrilled about it either.i use the frozen block and i also use liquid life brand (it comes in a pump bottle for easy dosing (kept in freezer)
