FS: (2) IceCap72" 2 Bulb VHO Retro Kits

I have 2 Ice Cap VHO retros for sale.
Each kit includes:
1 IceCap 430ballast
2 VHO Water Proof End Caps
All Wiring
I can include bulbs locally, but for shipping purposes I WILL NOT be shipping these w/bulbs.
These go for $240each new with bulbs, I am asking $120shipped obo w/o bulbs(2bulb kit). I will let both go for $200 (4 bulb kit).

The VHO ballasts are the top and bottom ones
